About the Role
We are looking for a creative and active Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to manage and grow Sociapi Society’s online presence. The person in this role will create engaging content, share updates about society activities, and help build a strong digital community of students interested in AI and technology. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, and online engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Sociapi Society’s social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create and schedule posts related to events, announcements, and educational content.
Design or coordinate simple graphics, posters, and reels for social media.
Engage with followers by replying to comments and messages.
Promote society events, workshops, and activities online.
Track social media performance and suggest ideas to increase reach and engagement.
Work with the team to plan content calendars and campaign ideas.
Ensure all posts follow Sociapi Society’s branding and message.
Qualifications
Student or recent graduate with interest in social media management.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and how they work.
Creative thinking and ability to create engaging content.
Basic skills in design tools such as Canva or similar tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Interest in technology, AI, or student communities is a plus.
