About the Role

We are looking for responsible Technical Support Volunteers to handle the technical setup during Sociapi Society events and activities. The main role is to manage equipment like projectors, microphones, and laptops so that presentations and sessions run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up projector, microphone, speakers, and laptop before events and seminars.

• Ensure presentations and slides work properly during sessions.

• Connect and test audio and visual equipment before the program starts.

• Provide technical help to speakers or presenters if needed.

• Monitor equipment during the event to avoid technical issues.

• Help pack and store equipment safely after the event.

Qualifications

• Student who is comfortable handling basic technical equipment.

• Basic understanding of projectors, microphones, laptops, and cables.

• Responsible and able to manage equipment carefully.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to solve small technical problems quickly.
