About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Web Developer (Volunteer) to help build and maintain the official website of Sociapi Society. In this role, you will work with the team to improve the website, add new features, and make sure the site runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for students who want to gain real experience in web development while contributing to a growing tech society.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain the Sociapi Society website.

• Add new pages and sections related to events, blogs, and society activities.

• Improve website design, layout, and user experience.

• Ensure the website works properly on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Fix bugs and technical issues when needed.

• Work with the design and content team to publish new content.

• Keep the website secure, updated, and optimized for performance.

Qualifications

• Student or beginner developer interested in web development.

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with WordPress or other website platforms is a plus.

• Basic understanding of responsive design.

• Problem solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines.

• Interest in technology and student communities is a bonus.
